Job Description
The role
- Support development and sharing of communications which includes editing and generating content and imagery
- Support internal activity and employee communications
- Support development and delivery of communications to profile milestones and project activities
- Support in management and delivery of internal events and conferences
- Support in development and delivery of posters, newsletters, emails, videos and podcasts
- Support team in delivery of employee engagement activity including employee surveys and internal recognition events
- Help manage related general queries
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
Essential:
- Possess work experience in a customer focused environment
- A minimum of 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above including Maths and English or be able to demonstrate 2 years' relevant experience
- Awareness of internal and external customer expectations
- Use of computer software to develop reports and documents
- Work experience in supporting events
Desirable:
- Experience or qualification in events or Marketing/PR/Branding
