Clinical Study Lead (Director)

MCS Group is recruiting Clinical Study Leads/ Directors to join their team and oversee non-clinical and clinical studies for safety and efficacy trials of health products.

In this role, you'll work in a GLP-regulated environment, ensuring that studies are planned, conducted, and reported in an organised and timely manner while adhering to regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA/EMA) and internal SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and approve study protocols.
• Oversee data collection and analysis, ensuring compliance with approved SOPs and protocols.
• Coordinate with study personnel to monitor study progress, evaluating data and phase reports for the Final Study Report.
• Ensure studies are conducted in line with relevant regulatory standards and draw final conclusions based on the study outcomes.

What You Need:

• Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant life science discipline.
• Experience in scientific report writing and review.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and assertively.
• Flexibility to adapt as projects evolve, along with strong time management and interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving license.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of deviation impact assessment and experience in GLP/GMP environments.
• Familiarity with bioanalytical method testing and relevant regulatory guidelines.
