This week's Tech Talent Tuesday was an interview special.
Our Regional VP Ryan Quinn spoke with Jagathi Gururajan, who is the founder of FintechWomen. Along with the FintechWomen, Jagathi is driving the adoption of technology sharing across the global PwC network.
From studying in India, Hong Kong and the US; to her work experience in corporate strategies, technology, finance, risk and regulatory industries; there isn’t much that she hasn’t done or been a part of. This makes Jagathi a perfect champion for getting more females and overall diversity into the Fintech space!
If you take one piece of advice from Jagathi, her call to action for everyone is;
“To women looking to get involved, ‘don’t feel intimidated’.
To the community, ‘open more doors, don’t look to hire and speak with people that look like yourself’.
For both groups ‘look to be uncomfortable’.”
