Validation Engineer (Pharma/Medical Device)

As the Validation Engineer you will:

• Be responsible for the generation of Validation Plans and reports outlining the strategy to be employed for the qualification/validation of equipment, systems, and processes
• Be responsible for the generation, review, and approval of validation documentation (protocols and reports) and assist in the execution of qualifications such as IQ/OQ/PQ
• Act as the validation lead for the introduction of new equipment, systems, and processes
• Liaise with personnel from key stakeholder departments to ensure the timely and compliant completion of validation and qualification activities
• Ensure all data and results are accurately reported and follow up on any gaps or discrepancies
• Review and approval of vendor commissioning/qualification/validation documentation
• Ensure that good GMP standards are maintained at all times
• Maintain accurate records of all results generated
• Assist in the generation, review, and approval of SOPs
• Ensure that all materials required to support qualification and validation activities are available

You will have:

• A Degree-level qualification or equivalent or relevant experience within a Science or Engineering related discipline
• Experience in, or working knowledge of, an established Quality Management System
• Experience in, or working knowledge of, a Pharmaceutical or Medical Device manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of GMP and quality assurance systems
