Accounts Assistant

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a manufacturing company based in Belfast to recruit for a Senior Finance Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a great role if you have got strong finance experience and keen to get a step up. Reporting to the Group Accountant, you will work closely with the team and get great exposure. If there is anything new you want to learn, this team will give you the opportunity.

Your New Job:

Working across all companies within the group, this role ensures all general accounts are delivered on a timely basis.

Job Duties Include:

• Bank reconciliation including petty cash
• Weekly and monthly management reports
• Weekly and monthly payroll duties
• Supplier query resolution
• Supplier payment processing
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget

What You Need to Succeed?

• Excellent communication skills
• A positive, can do attitude
• Strong IT skills
• IATI qualification would be desirable
