Utilities Engineer

MCS Group is proud to be working with one of the top 20 global pharmaceutical companies, to recruit a Utilities Engineer to join their growing team.

As a Utilities engineer, you will support a multi-disciplined team to optimise company assets cost-effectively with effective troubleshooting techniques, development of planned maintenance programs for site Utilities to deliver departmental KPIs

You will;

• Ensure compliance to H&S and Environmental regulations
• Ensure that all regulatory and audit requirements associated with the utilities maintenance department are met
• Manage 3^rd party contractors ensuring risk assessments, method statements, and all additional information is provided before work commencement
• Ensure that standard operating procedures are current, technically correct, and up to date for engineering and maintenance
• Take ownership of KPIs and reporting metrics
• Ensure that maintenance schedules are met and all work carried out has been documented

Essential Requirements

• Qualified in Electrical/ Electronic or mechanical or relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years post apprenticeship experience or 2 years post-grad
• Demonstrate experience leading teams, coordination, planning and execution of work
• Continuous improvement mindset
