Site Operations Manager

MCS Group is proud to be working with a leading name in Ireland Warehousing & Distribution, to recruit a Site Operations Manager to join their team based outside Lisburn.

Due to the continued expansion of the Group and growth on their Lisburn facility, my client is now looking for a Site Operations Manager to harmonise site Logistics activities, Logistics Operations, Site Facilities, Site Services and offer group support for other Group companies housed in the facility.

You will;

• Maintain excellent employee relations, understand the needs and concerns of all employees, resolve issues with the assistance of the HR department.
• Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all employees, visitors and contractors on site are trained on and comply with all our health and safety policies outlined in our Health & Safety Policy.
• Ensure all mandatory health & safety training is kept up to date, on file and in line with legal requirements.
• Promote a training and development culture which will enable site employees to advance their careers when opportunities arise within the Group
• Seek to continuously improve operational management systems, processes, and adapt best practices.
• Delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control & accountability for all operations on site.
