Job Description
MCS group is exclusively partnering with a long standing client of ours for the recruitment of a junior software support analyst. Our client is a local tech-for-good software house focused on employability and e-learning. Their mission is to empower people through accessible technology, supporting organisations that drive positive social impact.
The Role:
As a Junior Software Support Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for users, helping troubleshoot and resolve software issues. Working closely with the development team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and effective user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via email, phone, and chat
- Troubleshoot software issues and escalate when needed
- Document solutions and build our knowledge base
- Share user feedback and support product improvements
About You:
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of software systems
- Previous support or customer service experience is a plus
