HR Officer - Dungannon - FMCG - Permanent

MCS Group are thrilled to be working alongside a well-known, multi-site, food manufacturing organisation, based in Dungannon, in the recruitment of an HR Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, The HR Officer will provide technical HR expertise and give a proactive service across a multi-site organisation. The successful candidate will work within a close-knit team and will provide day-to-day HR support, including -

• Manage and provide support throughout employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and investigations.
• Manage all absence issues both short and long term.
• Proactively be involved with all employee engagement projects.
• Provide guidance and advise on all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all employee performance is regularly reviewed.
• Provide support to the Learning and Development team.
• Provide support on all Recruitment and Selection processes.

The successful candidate

The successful candidate will ideally come from a Manufacturing or Construction background, and will also have -

• At least 2 years' experience within an HR Officer position.
• Experience in working closely with employee relations cases and conducting these.
• Degree in HR or a CIPD qualification.
• Ability to work well under pressure and have excellent time management skills.
• Confident in NI Legislation.
