Job Description
MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with this organisation in their search for a part time HR and corporate services officer.
The Role will consist of:
- Provide support across the HR function, including recruitment and selection, on boarding, induction and training amongst other areas.
- To deliver the full range of corporate services functions including the management of the offices, premises and facilities of the office complex.

- Ensure all meetings are in accordance with the Standing Orders and the policies and procedures of organisation.
- Review and update policies and procedures that directly impact on the operation of the SMT and Committee meetings.
- Provide staff training across all levels on an ongoing basis to ensure staff are involved, fully trained in and aware of any changes to health and safety, emergency plans and business continuity plans across the organisation.
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
- Experience in working within the public sector/ third sector at a senior level
- Have gained at least 3 years experience working with SMT or in a similar environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Desirable:
- A CIPD level 3
- Experience within premises/facilities management
