Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Facilities Maintenance Operations Manager for our client who is a leading and innovative provider of choice for high-quality and specialist engineering solutions across all industries and sectors.
As the FM Operations Manager you will:
- Be responsible for the helpdesk staff, and performance of FM services to ensure day-to-day contract requirements are fully met
- Ensure and champion a safe working environment
- To develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction
- To ensure operational delivery is high-quality
- To increase productivity, and identify and implement cost efficiencies
You will have:
- Experience in managing a help desk within facilities management
- Strong track record of working effectively in a customer-focused environment and experience in the development of new business opportunities across the FM sector
- Experience in managing staff within facilities management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
