Business Development Manager
MCS Group is proud to be partnering with one of Ireland's largest brands and one of Europe's most successfull family-owned businesses to recruit a Business Development Manager to their team. This person will develop a defined territory across NI with total responsibility for sales, debt, margin and profit. Particular emphasis on sales growth with dual focus on new account generation and loyalty growth with existing customers.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 3+ years' experience in proactive field sales and achieved targets in Foodservice environment
- Confident, empathetic, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.
- Organised with a strategic mindset.
- Strong in data interpretation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with CRM tools and a target-driven environment.
