Building Services Maintenance Officer

MCS group is exclusively recruiting a Building Services Maintenance Officer for one of Northern Ireland's most prominent employers. This role is offered on a temporary contract basis.

In this role, you will work with a highly talented team of engineers where you will get involved in a wide scope and breadth of Building Services and Property Maintenance projects.

As the Building Services Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of building services maintenance projects, along with delivering PPM, Reactive Maintenance, and new works support.

You will ensure that the diverse range of properties are maintained to a high standard and meet all current regulations and legislative requirements, whilst managing a range of contracts and dealing with suppliers & contractors to ensure delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate:

• You will ideally hold a HNC/HND in a building services or M&E related subject with a number of years of experience gained in a building services/facilities management role, where you will have project managed a range of maintenance contracts.
• You will have had experience preparing tender documents including contracts and work schedules.
• You will have also be able to demonstrate that you have prepared condition reports along with cost building services works.
• Strong IT Proficiency including Word & Excel along with knowledge of AutoCAD
• Full current driving license.

This role is offered on a temporary contract basis, 37-hour work week, with an early finish on a Friday. There is hybrid working arrangements in place.
