Training Manager - Greater Belfast
MCS Group is absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a well-established, private sector client based in the Greater Belfast area, who currently require a highly experienced Training Manager on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving learning & development to meet future business requirements.
The role
The successful Training Manager will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with various key internal stakeholders at all levels, ensuring the training service they provide genuinely adds value to the business.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Training Manager will be responsible for the overall training remit such as;
- Conducting training needs analysis
- Collaborating with senior maangement to understand the training requirements and aligning them with the businesses organisational strategies.
- Creation and delivery of training inperson and virtually.
- Training evaluation through surveys, feedback and assessments.
- Conducting "Train the Trainer" sessions
- Management of the training team

The successful candidate
To apply for this outstanding Training Manager opportunity, it is essential you possess the following:
- 5+ years' experience working in a senior L&D role
- previous experience leading the analysis, design, development and delivery of the training of complex enterprise solution implementations.
- Ability to be both stragetic and operational
- A proven track record of driving organisation change to meet future business need.
- Experience handling complexity and managing training across a client organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, at a senior level
- Degree educated and CIPD qualified
