Technical Sales Executive

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading provider of fastening solutions in Northern Ireland to recruit a Technical Sales Representative. This role will involve managing and growing key accounts while delivering exceptional technical support to clients.

You will be Responsible for:

• Providing technical support to both in-house and to clients
• Developing and managing key client accounts, with a focus on sales growth and customer loyalty
• Generating leads and liaising with existing clients to address their needs and requirements
• Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to enhance product understanding

You Will Excel in This Role If You:

• Have proven experience in technical sales/account management within the construction and engineering sector.
• Possess strong organisational skills with a strategic approach to customer needs
• Are skilled in building relationships and communicating technical concepts clearly
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
