MCS Group are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing Accountancy Practice looking to expand their team in Belfast. Our client is looking for a Tax Manager to join their team with the goal to develop the department and progress their career.

The Role:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Build and develop new and existing client relationships
• Working on a portfolio of clients
• Mixed Tax role with work across both Personal and Corporate
• Advisory focused - IHT, Corporate, Succession planning etc.
• Some compliance elements where necessary

The Person:

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Have an Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CTA)
• Previous Practice experience
• Experience in a management role is desired
• Experience in a mid-tier firm is desired
• Experience dealing with a portfolio of clients
• Experience in a varied tax role
• Previous advisory experience is desired
• Have the desire to progress your career and grow the Practice
