Solutions Architect

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Solutions Architect to join our market-leading manufacturing client in County Antrim.

We are looking to recruit a passionate and ambitious Solutions Architect to join the team. This is a brilliant time to join the growing business as we are recruiting several positions in the IT Team to support this growth, development, and the future of the business.

The Role

Working across all business applications within IT, engineering, and infrastructure.

As the Solutions Architect you will analyse user requirements to architect the platform.
You will be engaging with stakeholders managing architectural constraints and working with solutions and system architects.
Requirements gathering, documentation, marketing systems modules - to recommend different outcomes.
Be involved in from end-to-end process, right from the start in understanding what they need to achieve, erp modelling, come up with best way to configure and designing.
Liaising with multiple different business departments and multiple technical level of peers to gather requirements and create as-is and to-be documentation.

Ideal Candidate

Degree in engineering, computer science or associated field
4 years+ Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of large-scale computing solutions, ERP/MRP/CRM(Implementation & Integration), cloud technologies, and data integration.
Data Process Flows
SQL database management.
TOGAF Certification - desirable
Power Platform - Desirable
Azure (Legacy & Migration) - Desirable
