Solicitor - Personal Injury

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading firm here in Northern Ireland who are looking to add a Personal Injury Solicitor to their Insurance team.

You'll be joining a global legal business who is known for high quality legal services. Our client believes in taking care of their staff as much as their clients and they make sure to give you the tools you need to succeed.

The role:

The role will involve working on a variety of casualty, disease, EL/PL claims.

• Ensuring, in conjunction with the Partner, that cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible. * Have strong experience of handling defender or pursuer personal injury claims
• Strong technical ability to include a thorough grasp of principles and case law and topics
• Working with our valued and long-standing clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice
• Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
• Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
• Developing your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices

The successful candidate:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in handling personal injury litigation
• Experience working within a busy commercial environment
• Excellent academic credentials
• Experience working in a litigation role
• Detail focused and self-motivated approach
• Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
