Senior Software Engineer (C)
This dynamic fintech company is transforming the pensions industry with innovative Pension Management software. Originally launched to serve a single client, they now support blue-chip clients and high-growth businesses with modern, high-performance solutions that leave legacy systems behind. Following significant growth, they're seeking a Software Engineer to help drive further innovation in pensions technology.
About the Role
They're looking for an experienced Software Engineer to contribute to core product development, handle technical escalations, and collaborate closely within the team. This role emphasises ownership, code quality, and innovative thinking.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in C programming
- Experience working with CoffeeScript highly desirable.
- Experience with SQL, stored procedures, and EJS (Embedded JavaScript templates).
- Troubleshooting expertise and clear technical communication skills.
- CLP certification (preferred) and background in fintech or pensions (advantageous).
