Senior .NET Developer

MCS Group is excited to be the chosen partner of a globally recognised software company building bespoke solutions targeted at the some of the fastest growing industries in the world. 

This year unlike many others has seen consistency in their roadmap, having grown their software teams by 20% in the last 12 months. With a clearly defined project map to look forward to, offering continuous new development and feature enhancement. 

They are seeking skilled Senior C# .NET developer to join their team with experience working across C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework SQL and both modern/traditional frontend development through HTML, CSS and JavaScript accompanied by Vue.js/React or Angular. 

This role will provide the opportunity to work on a large enterprise scale application accompanied by a dedicated software department, fully resourced with test engineers, Dev Ops structures and following a well defined Agile structure. 

(Remote - Ireland) - Preference will be given to candidates within a commutable distance to Dublin for sprint planning/retro meetings. 

The role:

• Developing web applications both from inception and configuring existing systems, new feature development and support changes.
• Work across a diverse set of Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET Framework, SQL Server, Vue/React/Angular.
• Collaboration within an Agile SCRUM methodology.
• Providing expert guidance and solutions for technical challenges, with a focus on task prioritization.
• Work with a focus on platform stability and performance, due to the scale of application and high profile client base.

The Person:

• Exising Senior level experience with a wide range of Microsoft technologies, emphasising C#, .Net Core, SQL, modern frontend frameworks.
• Azure experience desirable but not required.
• Willingness to undergo in-person on boarding, attend agile meetings where necessary.
• Prior involvement with mature agile principles, collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines but ultimately someone who can take ownership and responsibility of meeting project deadlines.

Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 Dependant on experience. Health Insurance, Pension contributions.
