Senior Marketing Executive

MCS Group are currently working alongside a rapidly expanding Greentech organisation, to recruit an ambitious and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join the growing team.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager this role provides an exciting opportunity to join a global supplier on their next phase of growth and the organisations 'can-do' attitude and investment will bring exciting opportunities for the successful candidate.

This role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategy, enhancing our online presence, and coordinating key events. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing, event management, and content creation, with expertise in website management, SEO, and the use of CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging marketing collateral, using design tools such as Canva.
• Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and branding.
• Optimise website content for SEO to increase organic search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and event ROI.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
• Co-ordinate marketing presence for global events, including sourcing new event collateral and liaising with suppliers (e.g. venues or logistics)
• Assisting with content strategy to increase brand awareness, developing and implementing marketing plans
• Work with external suppliers (designers, printers, merchandise companies) to produce marketing assets that communicate our brand.

Essential Criteria:

• 2-3 years experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication skills, especially copywriting and presenting
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in social media, B2B acquisition, graphic design, web design, production, etc.
• Proactive attitude, ability to use initiative to get things done.
