Senior InfoSec Compliance Specialist

MCS Group is seeking an Information Security Compliance Specialist to join an organisation that implements world firsts within the Cyber Security realm. This is a role that will suit those with strong security knowledge, across ISO27001 or SOC2 frameworks, in a role that will allow you to expand your skills into further areas of IT security, you will need to have experience working within an IT audit function and be able to evidence this experience.

The role

• Work with a global array of Fintech and legal clients
• Audit a wide variety of IT estates and technologies regarding governance, risk, and compliance
• You will also be responsible for risk assessments, pro-actively ensuring data is protected and minimising the risk of loss to your clients
• Use all of your experience to advise and implement a range of InfoSec projects, ensuring all considerations are taken into account with regard to security principles

Needed to succeed

• 1 year experience within an IT audit ISO27001, or SOC2 compliance role
• A well-rounded knowledge of security technologies particularly cloud-based
• Excellent communications and collaboration ability as you will be joining an experienced global team

What would give you an edge over other applicants

• Hands-on experience of ISO27001 or SOC2
