Senior Digital Account Manager

MCS Group are excited to be partnering with a Belfast based advertising agency delivering services of design, digital and consulting. Their client list includes leading private and public sector organisations across the UK and Ireland. As they continue to grow, they are hiring for an ambitious Senior (Digital) Account Manager to add to their Belfast team.

What's Required

- Working with the internal planning department & Account Lead to create briefs involving identifying insights from background information and research findings.

- Working with Media Department to establish media briefs. Liaison with Creative Studio to brief, co-ordinate and rollout creative including production requirements.

- Excellent project management skills, planning ahead, prioritising, scheduling and administrating projects across various accounts.

- Ability to cost out projects and manage client budgets, maximising client value and revenue streams from each account.

- Creative sensitivity and ability to judge creative work and give constructive feedback.

- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to create reports, documents and make presentations to client teams in a clear persuasive manner.

- A solid understanding of the media landscape including digital and web design development processes as well as Google Analytics.

What You'll Bring

- Minimum of 4 years' experience ideally in an agency setting.

- Strong initiative with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Appreciation for the creative process and skilled at working with creative teams.

- Understanding of the role of marketing communications within a broader business context to ensure the agency role is communications partner rather than supplier.

- Passionate about delivering good work, open to new ideas and prepared to challenge constructively.
