Ruby on Rails Developer

MCS Group is thrilled to be collaborating with a local tech company established over 20 years ago who specialise in management software, in their search for 2-4 Ruby on Rails Developers. Join a close-knit team with a fantastic social and relaxed culture, to get involved in the feature development of their flagship products!

This role is remote-first for NI, ROI and UK. They have local Belfast office and hub to join if you prefer hybrid working.

The Role:

You will be responsible for helping the company to scale and grow, to shape the future direction of the software engineering department, feature development for their flagship product, as well as code reviews for your peers.

Your Skills:

• Minimum 2 years' experience of working on large Ruby on Rails projects
• Experience with Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus
• At least 2 years' experience in working on SaaS solutions
• At least 2 years' experience in building Web Applications solutions
