Recruitment Officer - Armagh - Health & Social Care support
MCS Group is thrilled to be representing a growing company in the Armagh area, to source a Recruitment Officer on a permanent full-time basis. The Recruitment Officer will report into the HR Business Partner, supporting the delivery of an efficient applicant tracking, recruitment and retention function.
The Role
The successful candidate will be report directly to the HR Business Partner, as the Recruitment Officer you will also work closely with management teams and Hiring Managers providing a comprehensive recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities
- Track & manage vacancies via the applicant tracking system
- Review, shortlist, and identify the most suitable candidates for interview
- Manage the onboarding process, including onboarding checks and system updates
- Create and maintain employee files, in a timely manner, in line with GDPR regulations.
- Be first point of contact for candidate queries and other general queries
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Support the candidate attraction process, including advertising jobs and attending events.
The Successful Candidate
- Minimum of 1 years experience within a busy resourcing or HR environment with a focus on recruitment
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems or databases
- Knowledge of HR software and reporting
- CIPD or other relevant qualification or degree
