Job Description
MCS Group are proud to be working for a household name in NI, to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work directly on the Client side to oversee and work on Capital Projects.
Want to work on large capital projects, with a budget of over £100 million in the next 5 years?
- 45-60K salary depending on experience
- Option for hybrid working after probation period

You will be responsible for;
- Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
- Procurement of sub-contractors and preparation of sub-contractor order documentation
- Managing and valuing variations
- Assist in the production of pre-contract take-off, interim valuations and final accounts.
- Production of monthly Cost Value Reconciliation on contracts
- Support the Capital Projects Manager and Projects Director with the logistical, technical and commercial management of the projects to meet the overall business objectives
- Assist in the preparation and ongoing monitoring of operational and capital annual budgets
