MCS Group is thrilled to be collaborating exclusively with a thriving, high-profile games studio in their search for a Principal Engineer/Technical Lead to lead their flagship product!
Collaborating closely with the Technical Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of this next-generation game. You'll be a key decision-maker and mentor multiple cross-platform teams.
In this role, you'll tackle complex challenges, code hands-on, and mentor fellow engineers to achieve the outlined vision. If you have a track record in game development, deep technical expertise, and the ability to guide teams toward innovative solutions, we would love to hear from you.
Your Background
- Extensive years experience in Game Development
- Strong track record as a technical leader
- Proven leadership in technical direction and engine architecture
- Experience with C++/Unreal/Unity/Bespoke Engines
- Collaborative, passionate about teaching, and game-savvy
- Hands-on coding and mentoring skills
