I am delighted to partner with an award-winning organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The role:
This is a unique opportunity to drive key HR projects and initiatives across multiple regions, playing a critical role in shaping the future of the workforce.
You will partner with senior leaders to deliver innovative HR solutions that align with the business strategy.
You will focus on managing projects that enhance organisational effectiveness, improve employee experience, and support the company's growth in a dynamic, international environment.
The main responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR matters, particularly around change management, organisational design, talent development, and employee engagement.
- Lead and deliver complex HR projects, from conception to execution, ensuring they are aligned with global business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives that improve operational efficiency, employee satisfaction, and overall company performance.
- Use data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making and provide recommendations on HR best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of global HR policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR programs, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and drive innovation.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to support the upskilling of employees and career development initiatives.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a global or multinational organisation.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading HR initiatives from start to finish.
- Expertise in change management, organisational development, and talent management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience using HR data to inform decision-making and measure the impact of initiatives.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
