Job Description

Role:
Reporting into the Finance Manager, duties of this role include:
- Processing payroll for permanent staff and subcontractors
- Calculating correct employee pay by considering hours worked, overtime rates, taxes, national insurance payments etc
- Processing holiday, sick, maternity and paternity leave payments
- Dealing with employee queries
- Continual process improvement of payroll function
- Potentially overseeing a small team later down the line
Person:
My client is ideally looking for someone with:
- Strong background in payroll
- Experience of managing people preferred
- Experience dealing with subcontractors ideal
- Background in construction or engineering sectors preferred
Package:
- Salary up to €40k (DoE)
- 28 days holiday (Increases with service)
