Part Time Credit Controller

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with IT Company based in Belfast to recruit for a Part Time Credit Controller on a permanent basis.

This role will be part time - 2 / 3 days per week and you can pick the hours you work.

The Role:

Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will involve managing the credit control function.

Daily Duties Include:

• Take control of entire credit control and responsible for each account on the sales ledgers ensuring all information is up to date
• Proactively manage customer payments, in accordance with company policy, to ensure that they are being received on time
• Monitor and manage credit limits and terms
• Prepare and distribute month end reports
• Update KPIs
• Open new accounts

What you need to succeed?

• Strong communication skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Attention to detail
• 2 years experience in credit control
