Operations Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting an Operations Manager for our manufacturing client based near Belfast. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, this is a new and exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the food industry.

As the Operations Manager you will:

• Have proven success in managing a multiple department in a food production facility for maximum productivity
• Be experienced in human resource management, with extensive knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to build and develop teams with a natural ability to lead, combined with a self-assured modesty

You will have:

• Minimum 5 years of proven success in an operations management role
• Knowledge of ERP and MRP systems
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in operations management or related field.
• Understands Retailer and BRC Food Manufacturing requirements and has led teams to achieve Grade A or above.
