Job Description
MCS Group is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to join a global FinTech powerhouse based here in Belfast Northern Ireland. In this role you will act as a senior point of escalation, troubleshooting issues across a wide variety of network devices in a multi vendor environment, but be predominantly tasked with end to end project work for business critical production environments.

The role
- Resolve complex networking issues, working across vendor agnostic network devices
- Get involved in critical network projects
- Configure, monitor and deploy state of the art Firewalls
- Seek improvements across a global IT estate
Needed to succeed
- CCNP, or the experience to evidence your knowledge of this area of IT
- The ability to operate at a high technical level, and within a busy environment
- Must have Firewall and ideally load balancing experience
- Juniper, or Cisco experience is preferred but any in depth knowledge across networking kit is required
