Master Data Coordinator

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a Top 100 Company to recruit for a Master Data Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Master Data Manager, this role has specific responsibility for Customer & Vendor requests. This is a great role for you if you have previous finance experience & have great attention to detail as well as being good at spotting mistakes.

Key Responsibilities of the Master Data Coordinator:

• Monitor team Master Data mailbox & Manage Engine ticketing system for incoming requests
• Ensure the log of requests is maintained and accurate
• Ensure requests are correctly authorised
• Validate the quality of master data information provided in the request form
• Enter the data accurately into SAP or other systems within scope of the team
• Follow processes defined in the System Operating Procedure (SOP) for the team
• Update SOP's when required and with agreement of Master Data Manager
• Comply with SOX Audit requirements for master data controls and access
• Complete monthly SOX reports, preparing data samples & gathering evidence for sampled transactions
