I am delighted to be working alongside an innovative, Belfast based Retail company to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their growing team and make an impact in an evolving and growing the business through marketing efforts

The successful individual will have experience in marketing, social media, email campaigns, content creation, and events. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a strong focus on driving results this is the perfect role for you.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-performing Meta Ad strategies to boost conversions/ROI.
• Track, analyse, and report on the performance of paid campaigns/optimise for better results.
• Manage both organic and paid social campaigns to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
• Manage email marketing campaigns designed to engage and grow customer base.
• Plan, optimise, and monitor email flows to enhance sales and retention.
• Evaluate email performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Be the face of the brand by fronting campaigns, product launches, and social media.
• Drive customer engagement - Coordination and promotion of events.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials and campaign assets.
• Execute influencer campaigns that align with business goals/deliver measurable results.

Essential Criteria

• Has proven experience in marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
• Is hands-on with Meta Ads, email marketing platforms (like Klaviyo or Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
• Skilled at creating, analysing, and reporting on performance to inform strategy.
• Confident in front of the camera to create engaging video content.
• Experience with influencer marketing and outreach campaigns.
• Driving License
