Management Accountant

MCS Group is pleased to partner with a prestigious firm based in Holywood. Renowned for their expertise in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, the company has a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects. Due to ongoing expansion, they are now seeking a skilled Management Accountant professional to join their team.

Management Accountant Benefits:

  • Salary £37,000 - £42,000 (DOE)
  • Hybrid working(1 day per week from home)
  • Flexible working hours.

Management Accountant Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate review and completion of month-end management accounts.
  • Provide detailed analysis of key movements and budget variances to support Investor Reporting.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of cash flow models and forecasts.
  • Compile year-end audit packs and coordinating with auditors for group audits.
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
  • Overseeing and reviewing monthly supplier payment runs.

Management Accountant Requirements

  • Recently qualified, part qualified or qualified by experience will be considered.
  • Proficient in completing month-end reporting and preparing detailed management reporting packs.
  • Skilled in analysing budget variances.
  • Capability to work independently.
  • Hospitality or trading environment background is desirable.
