As a Lead Quantity Surveyor, you'll be managing a team that delivers high-quality expertise, driven not just by success but also by doing what's right. You will be expected to be able to come in and manage your team from day one. You'll be expected to 'hit the ground running.' Collaborating with your team, clients, stakeholders and contractors, you'll also enjoy opportunities to mentor co-workers while progressing your career upwards.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in similar commercial roles
• 2 years experience in managing Quantity Surveyors and Senior Quantity Surveyors
• Strong contractual knowledge of both JCT and NEC Forms of Contract
• Excellent Client Engagement Skills
• High Level of IT literacy

Salary in the role will be totally dependent upon experience.
