L&D Business Partner - Multisite Client - Greater Belfast
MCS Group is absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a multi-site organisation based in the Greater Belfast area, who currently require a highly experienced L&D Business Partner, on a full-time permanent basis.
The Role
Reporting to the L&D Manager, the Learning and Development Business Partner will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop content, and deliver engaging learning experiences. Key responsibilities include -
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and assessment of the Learning and Development program, and deliver all training in line with business requirements.
- Maintain and develop the E-Learning platform and maximise its potential.
- Aid with the delivery of the Training Academy and support on maximising personal and business performance.
- Provide support across a variety of development programmes including Internships, Apprenticeships, Student Placements and Graduate programmes.
- Assist with Health and Wellbeing initiatives and support effective implementation of the absence policy by providing employees with guidance ad advice.
- Provide reports, commentary and trend analysis for management on performance indicators.
The Person
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have-
- Degree in HR, or a Business-related field and at least 2 years' experience in delivering and supporting the Learning & Development function.
- Experience in the assessment of learning and development needs of employees.
- Experience in supporting the implementation and delivery of learning and development.
- Experience in supporting the evaluation of programmes.
- Experience in using IT systems.
- A current, full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport.
