DevOps Engineer

MCS Group are delighted to be recruiting for a DevOps Engineer to join a highly successful software company for their Belfast team on a hybrid working basis.

Our client is an exciting software company who have global offices and offer exciting solutions within data infrastructure and cloud technology. They are going through a period of growth throughout 2024-2025 and have a unique opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to join their team.

As a DevOps Engineer or Linux System Admin, this is a fantastic opportunity to get on the job mentorship and development into a devOps role. You will be joining a centralised team supporting releases across major products within cloud environments.

About you:

• Ideally background as a devOps engineer in a similar role or System Admin / Infrastructure Engineer / Linux Engineer that is seeking to progress into devOps
• Strong automation skills with Jenkins or similar tools
• Strong experience with Linux
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS / AZURE / GCP)
• Experience working within agile environments
