Job Description
MCS Group are currently working with a specialist retail company who are keen to build out and develop their internal IT Team while they progress in their 5 year growth plan. They are currently recruiting for a Junior Application Support Analyst to work alongside the IT Team and cleanse the data and ensure the systems are properly communicating with each other.
Responsibilities:
Support the implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting for all internal systems.
Ensure the daily management of data across the business.
Assist with business transformation projects, documenting processes and managing project time lines.
Criteria:
1+ Year of experience within Application Support, Business Analyst or similar.
Understanding of business transformation.
experience writing process documentation.
Desirable:
SQL Experience
Power BI experience.
What you will get in return.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30pm
Belfast based office (Hybrid after probation)
