IT Technician

MCS Group is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join a growing and dynamic team that is expanding due to a surge in new business. In this role, you will gain an invaluable mix of both onsite, and office-based work that will give you great exposure to virtualisation, networking, and end-user services, within a busy MSP environment.

The role

• Support both internal servers and client systems
• A mix of onsite (50%) and office-based work
• Day-to-day troubleshooting and support across a range of IT services
• Work with end-user services, networking, O365, and virtualisation
• Hands-on approach with opportunities to learn and grow

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Basic knowledge of networking, Microsoft Suite, O365, and virtualisation technologies, ideally Hyper-V
• A passion for troubleshooting and willingness to get hands-on
• Eagerness to learn and progress within the company
