The role

• Act as a senior point of escalation for the support team
• Meet emerging business needs with technical solutions
• Interrogate data and deep dive into technical issues
• Work as a trusted member of the team and manage your own time
• Support both IT systems and infrastructure

Needed to succeed

• A proven technical troubleshooting capability
• Exposure to networking kit, Aruba ideally but vendor agnostic
• Hands-on Firewall experience
• Professional and effective communication to engage with all members of the company
