IT Security Manager

MCS Group is seeking an Experienced Information Security Manager to join a fast growing financial organisation in Belfast. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive security policies, compliance, and processes to ensure a robust cybersecurity posture across IT systems and cloud-native infrastructure.

Your Role:

• Develop and maintain a strong cybersecurity strategy to protect the organisation
• Lead and mentor a small, agile security team
• Own security policies, processes, and compliance measures
• Identify and mitigate security risks across the business
• Maintain and improve ISO 27001 accreditation (Essential)
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring awareness of best security practices

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Proven leadership skills - mentoring, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Expertise in ISO 27001 and information security frameworks
• Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity tools, policies, and best practices
• Full UK work rights and ability to travel within the UK when required
