Roll Out Engineer - Newry

MCS Group is working with a leading MSP as they look for a Roll Out Engineer to assist on a laptop installation project for 6 months. As Roll Out Engineer, you will split your time between Newry (75%) and Antrim (25%) to work on client site and facilitate the installation of Dell laptops. This Roll Out Engineer will be required from the beginning of November, and the contract will last for around 6 months.

The Role

You will play a hands-on role in the installation of laptops across the client's two sites.

There will be an on-site engineer available for some training, but applicants should ensure they have experience with the required technology to allow them to be successful on the project.

You will be installing Windows 11, and upgrading some Windows 10 devices to Windows 11.

The Person

Previous Laptop roll-out/installation experience is essential (ideally 2- 3 years).

You will have worked with MS InTune, and ideally Autopilot or Dell Image Assistant.

You will also have hands-on experience with Dell machines, and have experience of Windows 10 / 11.

As this role is on site, a clean driving license with access to a car (or access to equivalent transport) is required.

Rate: £13 per hour (circa £25,350 p.a. pro rata)
Location: Newry & Antrim
Duration: 6 months, starting early November 2024
