Job Description
Interim Assistant Accountant
A leading company in the Technology sector are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Accountant to join their Finance team temporarily.
Interim Assistant Accountant Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations in various foreign currencies.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly finance reports.
- Conducting weekly cash reporting, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliations in various currencies.
- Preparing monthly VAT returns.
- Performing stock reconciliations and assisting with stock control and reporting.
Interim Assistant Accountant Requirements:
- Working towards an accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ICAI).
- 18 months of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Experience in preparing management accounts.
- Involvement in purchase ledger or sales ledger.
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
Interim Assistant Accountant Benefits:
- Base: £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
- Hybrid working 2 days per week.
- Flexible hours.
- Contract completion bonus: £2,000
