HR Manager - Dublin - Permanent

I am delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation based in Dublin who are looking to add an HR Manager to their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:

As HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive support and guidance to the team across all aspects of the HR function, actively managing and fostering staff development. This role includes assisting in the development and implementation of HR projects, strategies, and actions that enhance overall organisational capability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all recruitment and selection processes for the organisation, including internal hiring and succession planning.
• Champion training and development initiatives to ensure staff are prepared for career progression.
• Develop and lead the employee engagement strategy.
• Proactively manage employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters.
• Maintain compliance with employee standards, including HR records and documentation.
• Oversee payroll budgeting and processing through time and attendance systems.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Degree-level qualification in HRM, Business, or a related field, with CIPD certification preferred.
• Extensive experience leading the full Employee Relations remit in an Irish organisation.
• Proven experience in enhancing employee engagement.
• Background in payroll and cost management.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
