HR Business Partner - Multinational Manufacturing Organisation - Craigavon

MCS Group is absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a multinational manufacturing organisation based in the Craigavon area, who currently require a highly experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent basis.

The role

The successful HR Business Partner will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with various key internal stakeholders at a senior level, ensuring the HR service they provide genuinely adds value to the business. As the business looks ahead, the HR Business Partner will be incredibly important in the delivery of organisational change initiatives, driving a positive company culture across a range of teams.

As well as working closely with the Site Manager, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for the overall HR Generalist remit, supporting a large workforce. You will provide advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, recruitment and disciplinaries, as well as promoting health & safety in the workplace at all times.

The successful HR Business Partner will coach the companies Directors to improve to competency around people management, including performance management, challenging accepted norms and ways of working, ultimately building strong and credibly working relationships and getting results.

The successful HR Business Partner will support senior stakeholders at driving organisational change to meet future business needs, as well as supporting on succession planning, to ensure they are developing their best talent.

The successful candidate

To apply for this outstanding HR Business Partner opportunity, it is essential you possess the following:

• 3-5 years' experience working at HR Business Partner / Manager level or above
• Experience working in a complex environment, ideally unionised
• CIPD Level 5 qualification - Level 7 would be desirable
• Commercially aware
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Extensive employee relations experience
