EHS Compliance
- Ensure legal compliance with HSA and HSE regulations by regular review of our HSE Management System, and communication of changes as necessary.
- Drafting and implementation of comprehensive policies, procedures, and safety rules.
- Keep up to date with all aspects of relevant HSE legislation and communicate relevant changes to the business.
- Monitor and maintain training and equipment records.
Inspections and Audits
- Establish a full programme of documented HSE inspections, audits and checks.
- Development and review of risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
- Carry out routine inspections and site audits and ensure all corrective actions are tracked and closed out in a timely manner.
EHS Reporting
- Ensure that all incidents are reported, recorded and investigated and that suitable corrective measures are put in place.
- Record incidents and accidents and produce reports recommendations and / or statistics to best industry practice.
- Prepare reports for monthly management meetings and Senior Management.
- Collaborate with our internal team and external consultants as necessary to maintain the Group's ISO accreditations.
