MCS Group are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join a leading Distribution company based in Ballyclare area.

The Company:

Our client is a leading group of companies based in the Ballyclare area with multiple offices across the UK and Ireland. They have multiple divisions within the group that operate on a global basis. Now is an exciting time to join the company as they look to appoint a Group Financial Controller to oversee their finance function.

The Role:

As the successful Group Financial Controller, you will be reporting to the Group Finance Director and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the rest of finance team;
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements & reporting;
• Support Group FD in developing the group's financial strategy;
• Lead the budgeting & forecasting processes;
• Liaise with key stakeholders;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Group Financial Controller will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA;
• Previous management experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• Strong commercial acumen;
