Graduate Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)

MCS Group is proud to be working with one of the top companies within the materials handling sector, to recruit a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) to join their growing team based in Craigavon.

As a Graduate Engineer, you will join the Product Service team and work closely with their colleagues in EMEA to provide technical advice.

Duties and Responsibilities

• You will work closely with colleagues in different regions to provide technical advice.
• Provide support in various systems (mechanical/ electrical power trains, electronic, software, control, hydraulic systems and telemetry).
• Focus on and grow your area of expertise, while working closely with the team to learn about other systems,
• Liaise with design engineering, software and manufacturing to resolve technical issues
• Be involved in new product introduction projects from design concept to testing and validation.
• You will also be involved in product redesign, manufacturing process improvements, and supplier quality.
• Provide technical root cause analysis and review 3D models/ engineering drawings
• Travel within EMEA sites

Essential Criteria

• Degree in Engineering field or related (Mechanical/ Electrical etc)
• Experience troubleshooting/ problem solving and product improvement
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical/hydraulic schematics
