MCS Group are partnering with a global manufacturing firm in the Craigavon to look for a Financial Accountant to join their growing Northern Ireland finance function.

The Company:

Our client is a global manufacturing company based in the Craigavon area and have multiple sites across Northern Ireland, United Kingdom and Americas. They manufacture a range of products for their global customer base and now is a great time to join the business as they look to grow out their Northern Ireland finance function.

The Role:

As the successful Financial Accountant, you will be reporting to the Senior Finance Manager and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Month-end close activities;
• Preparation of statutory accounts for multiple entities;
• Balance sheet reconciliations;
• Year-end audit process;
• Liaising with key stakeholders;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Financial Accountant will have the following characteristics:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
• Open to practice or industry background;
• Strong IT skills;
• Strong communication skills.
